What is Forearm, Wrist, & Hand Pain?

Forearm, hand, and wrist pain are injuries often dealt with here at the Body Rebalance Clinic. There are many reasons for such pain that, in return, cause restricted range of motion, strength loss, and affecting gripping, lifting, and function in general. Other symptoms may include numbness, prickling, and/or burning sensations.

Sudden traumatic injury along with overuse conditions because of repetitive stress (like typing) can cause forearm, wrist, and hand pain. Arm and hand pain can happen together or independently.

Your forearm, hand, and wrist are an overly complex area, made up of many small bones, two long bones, joint articulations, joint capsules, as well as a network nerves, tendons, ligaments, and muscles.
