What Is Back Pain?

Back pain, especially lower back pain, is among the most common medical conditions affecting about 80% to 90% of people at one point in their lives. Depending on numerous reasons, back pain can vary from person to person for several reasons such as lifestyle factors like bad nutrition (which is often overlooked), a sedentary or over-physical physical job, weak core muscles, other various weak or tight muscles, and previous or existing injuries that don’t necessarily have to originate from the lower or upper back .

We have experienced many clients suffering from various conditions of back pain, ranging from a stabbing pain to a constant dull ache that may limit their ability to move; unfortunately, resulting in limited everyday activities.

Clients have often told us stories of their experience going from one medical professional to another, trying to find the right answer to their back pain problem. The problem is that there can be a lot of misinformation and misdiagnosis from medical professionals that people often risk getting prescribed a surgery that may not be needed at all.
